hmm i guess when it's holidays and everyone has nothing to do, people start thinking about stuff, and all the troubles start coming in.
sometimes it really hurts to listen to a good friend rant out all her troubles and vent her frustrations, and you know you cannot do a single thing to help her. the feeling just sucks ):
sometimes i think some people care too much about others, so much so that their own emotions are affected because of them. and maybe it may seem a little selfish to say this, but i think sometimes all of us should learn how to care more for ourselves. it's like i see people around me getting emo and everything over their friend's problems. and these people are really very nice people. of course we all should care alot for our friends and be concerned if they have problems, but sometimes, we should also learn to take a step back and see for ourselves whether we are changing because of their problems. and some of these problems are not something that we are able to help out in, so we really cannot do anything about them.
i know i pretty much sound like a horrible friend now... but i really think that when you care about someone's problems so much that they start to impact the normal way you behave and treat others, it's somewhat like... torturing yourself. and i think all of us should be really wary of this and be constantly aware of our own emotions and how they change when stuff like that happens.
because it's unhealthy to yourself, and worrying so much will not do anything to improve the situation.
so the question is.. is it really worth it? are they really worth it? do they really know you're doing this for them? (i realised that's 3 questions but ohwell.. you get the point :x ) i think they know... but do they appreciate it? hmm i hope you know im referring to you... :/ take care of yourself yeahh.. do everything you can, and leave the rest to God. jiayou <3 dont tire yourself out (: byebye~
i will never be a primary school teacher/student care teacher. -.- and i have finally come to realise how some primary school teachers are unable to continue teaching for very long, and why so many of them always lose their tempers teaching kids.
cuz kids nowadays are becoming more and more rebellious, and simply refuse to listen to instructions, especially if you're too friendly with them.
hmm seriously, some of the conversations and behaviours that the kids have really shocked me. some of them just don't want to cooperate because they're attention-seeking, and some of them do it to seem to 'look cool' in front of their peers. teaching them dance was SERIOUSLY HONESTLY energy-sapping and really a test of my patience... but overall i think i really learnt alot. (:

and a big thankyou to vern weisheng xining kelvin jiehan junan for helping out :D thanks people! seriously without you guys i'll have probably gone insane handling all those kids -.- so yes! THANKYOU.

yup! hmm this SL really taught me how to work with kids and how you just can't be too nice to them... if not seriously, they'll just climb over your head and bully you like nothing! D: hahas hope the kids really enjoyed the camp, and hope they've learnt as much as we did. (:

omg its finally over! :D :D :D yesssss. hmm actually i really think i complained alot alot during the pw period... and perhaps i was kinda mean to some of my pw mates... so for that i'm really sorry, and i hope this small Pointless piece of Work (as quoted from nicole) won't affect our relationships as classmates. (:
yeah anyway good job people! we managed to pull through several months of hard work and disagreements and all... and we really put on a great show on wednesday, although we were so unlucky to get the last slot, get asked horrible questions and were too hot to handle (short circuit in the room HAHA). yup! well done everyone (:
tmr's ares fac outing! ares hiphoppers and bboys are performing... we can do it! ((: although i really feel quite unprepared cuz i just finished learning the choreo a few hours ago, and i'm still not really able to match the choreo to the music ): so i really need to familiarise myself with the steps and music within a few hours! wahhh D:
but i'm sure all of us will be able to put on an awesome show tomorrow! :D meeting at 9 in sch to prac with the bboys tmr... we really must prac hard and show ares what their madders can do! ((:

hmm so many things are happening concurrently. and it feels so horrible to be caught in the middle of some things. and it feels even worse when you see a friend suffering and you're just standing there feeling helpless, not knowing how to help.
i really dunno what the hell is wrong with her. i mean... how can you on the spot ask some group to present when they just told you that they are gonna scrap their current slides? and what the crap the group just told you that their script is not done up yet... and you just said 'then you should be doing up your script now and present later (during the same period).' like hello that is freaking unreasonable for goodness sake.
and whether people are doing well in school or not, what freaking right do you have to comment on that? 'doing well' or 'not doing well' is all in a matter of perspective. for some people, doing well may mean getting all As (even that may not be good enough for them), but for others, doing well may very well mean that they just get promoted. i have seen many people who just passed the promotion criteria and are very proud of themselves, and those who, because they couldnt get that last A, emo for a few days and vow to mug their guts out next year. so you see, its all in a matter of perspective, something that you will not understand.
and just because you are not in an exceptionally good mood today, doesn't mean that you can give really unreasonable requests, and having a totally sour face. if you don't like our class and you don't wanna teach us, you can just say, you know. because im sure most of us, if not all, feel the same way. yeah.
and being a teacher, just because you aren't in a good mood, i don't think it's right to openly say that 'i don't think it's very funny, and anyway (insert student name) isn't doing very well in school right?' im sorry, i don't really say alot of stuff like this, but i honestly truly think that you are unsuitable for the public sector and i hope that you will understand that soon, so that you will not jeopardise any more classes or groups, for that matter.
at least show you put in effort in what you're doing at least turn up punctually for class at least correct our mistakes at least show that you care
